Hi! I’m Demi, the owner of The Mains Course… and this is my little family—the Mains! (See what I did there with the name? 😉)
I’m a Registered Nurse by trade, with 14 years of experience working in the ICU and ER. After my sweet little boy was born in 2021, I decided to transition to part-time nursing to pursue my love for cooking, entertaining, and helping others in a new and exciting way.
As of April 2024, our family grew by one more with the arrival of our baby girl, completing the Mains Crew! My passion is to provide fresh, delicious, handcrafted, and from-scratch food at an affordable price, making your event—big or small—just as special as I would make my own. My team and I can’t wait to help make your next gathering a memorable, delicious, and seamless experience!
