Demi Mains created the most beautiful buffet and she went above and beyond to help us, giving great advice and loaning us things we didn’t know existed…like a big flat ice pack for under the full sheet cake which is very important on a 92 degree day. And Demi helped at the last minute with figuring how to feed 100 people in a pavilion infested with active birds nests…arriving with big tents and tables to save the day. We selected kid-friendly picnic food including fried chicken, mac n cheese, pasta salad, and fruit. I knew the food would be good but I had no idea that the buffet would look so beautiful!
